Shipping Information

When your order ships

Deliveries to Spain

Monday to Thursday, orders paid before 2 pm (Spanish time) ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm on Thursday, on Friday or at the weekend ship on Monday.

Deliveries outside Spain

Monday to Wednesday, orders paid before 2 pm (Spanish time) ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm on Wednesday or from Thursday to Sunday ship on Monday. That way the fruit never spends the weekend in a carrier's warehouse.

If the shipping day is a public holiday, the order ships on the next working day.

⚠️ Important Notice

During high demand periods, such as November or Christmas, or in case of rain, orders may experience a delay of approximately one day. We are not Amazon, nor do we want to be. We value quality and care in every shipment above extreme speed.

What shipping costs

  • Fruit boxes: shipping is included in the price of the box. You pay nothing extra, and the product page and the basket show how much is fruit and how much is shipping.
  • Fruit with olive oil or jams: you pay nothing extra either.
  • Only olive oil or jams: €5.95 shipping, free if the order reaches €50.

Where we deliver

Mainland Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, Poland and Romania.

Do you live in the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla? Email us at [email protected] before placing your order and we will find the best way to get it to you.

Delivery times

  • Mainland Spain: 24-48 hours after shipping.
  • Other countries: 2 to 4 working days after shipping.

Delivery times are approximate.

Large orders

From 150 kg of fruit in Spain, and from 300 kg outside Spain, the order travels on a pallet with a haulier rather than as parcels. It may take longer, and we will let you know the delivery day.

Orders over 100 kg must be submitted before Thursday at 15:00 so that delivery can take place the following week. Anything that comes in later moves to the week after: we need to know before that time in order to organise the harvest and the lorries.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we will email you. The carrier sends you the tracking number by email or text message, so you can see where it is and arrange the delivery.
